How to Brew
1Bring water and milk to a boil together, dhaba-style.
2Add a generous 1.5–2 teaspoons of Suvaan Highway Special leaves per cup and simmer 3–4 minutes for a kadak brew.
3Strain and serve piping hot — sugar and spices to taste.
