HerSmile Federation trains and supports women and youth to build independent income through community-based enterprise. The Suvaan Tea Empowerment Project — Tea Project, Karma Phase 1 — is our pilot: a CTC chai brand sold by trained community sellers, starting in Rajasthan.
Too many young people and women — especially in smaller towns and pilot regions like Rajasthan — have the drive to earn but not an accessible first opportunity. HerSmile Federation builds that first opportunity around a product every household already buys: tea.
Not a warehouse or a website checkout — Suvaan reaches people the way tea always has in India: through someone you know, on a street you recognise.
