Suvaan tea is currently sold in person by our trained community sellers as part of the Rajasthan pilot — there is no online checkout or shipping yet. Bulk or institutional orders arranged directly with our team may be shipped; shipping timelines and costs will be confirmed at the time of order.
Since sales currently happen in person through our sellers, cancellations and refunds are handled directly between the buyer and seller at the point of sale. For bulk or institutional orders arranged with our team, refund terms will be agreed in writing before the order is confirmed.
HerSmile Federation does not currently accept online donations through this website. Organisations or individuals interested in donating or sponsoring the Tea Empowerment Project should contact us directly at hello@hersmilefederation.org.
Information on this website — including programme figures, timelines and product details — reflects the current, early stage of the Tea Empowerment Project pilot and may change as the programme develops. Where figures are not yet available, this is stated explicitly on the relevant page rather than estimated.

Suvaan tea is a food product intended for sale in India and is subject to FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations. Our FSSAI licence number and full food safety disclosures will be published here once finalised.
GST registration details and invoicing information for institutional and bulk purchases will be provided directly at the time of order and published here once our registration is finalised.
